Cream-Cheese Scones–Make your Mother’s Day–WackyWhatever?


  1. 2 cups of Cake Four.</li
  2. 4 TBSPS Baking Powder.
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt.
  4. 2 TBSP Sugar.
  5. 1 Egg.
  6. 1/2 cup Milk.
  7. 1/2 cup Cream.
  8. 1/2 cup Cream-Cheese.
  9. Hand-full of grated cheese and daub of fresh farm butter to serve.



Sift dry ingredients to combine. In a separate bowl beat egg, add milk cream-cheese, cream. Stir wet ingredients into dry with a Spatula. Spoon Desert spoonfuls onto a greased baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 min until golden brown on 250 degrees Celsius or 450 degrees. Fahrenheit . Mom will love you for it!
